Simple docking
The PailFeed has standardized loading mechanisms and flat loading surfaces making it suitable for increasingly heavy pails. The contact pressure is infinitely adjustable and is regulated automatically according to the position of the follower plate. Thanks to the latest sensors, the adjustable expansion ring ensures that conical containers are perfectly sealed. The position of the material container is monitored automatically.
Perfect combination: The new solution is a perfect combination of a robust piston pump and Scheugenpflug’s patented vacuum follower plate system. It ensures bubble-free docking with the container by extracting the cushion of air between the surface of the material and the follower plate. This fully automated docking process reduces material loss and saves time when changing containers. There is also less cleaning to do because the vacuum follower plate is disposable and remains in the container after the container has been undocked.

High performance even over long distances
The PailFeed can handle a wide range of dispensing pressures. There are three different material pressure ranges tailored to the dispensing unit. It delivers up to 150 bar for the new High-Performance Dispensers. Several dispensers can be supplied in parallel, quickly and over long distances.
THE SPEED COMBINATION
PailFeed is designed for filling high-performance dispensing systems. In combination with the high-performance DosP DP2001 dispenser it achieves short cycle times and optimum dispensing quality.

PailFeed has a modern attractive look and feel, is highly stable and can be perfectly integrated into the dispensing system.
Monitored for reliability
Stable, state-of-the-art control technology and components ensure that the pail is automatically monitored and that constant material feed pressure is maintained. The control panel is ergonomically located at eye level for digital process monitoring. Touch functionality and a widget-based graphical user interface simplify operation. The performance of the system is always under control thanks to continuous monitoring. Data is collected for subsequent analysis.
